if you are unhappy with your product or if it arrives damned, broke ir is lost in the mail, i will happily refund your order at no cost, if it is broken i request a photo of the broken charm for my records. f you wish to exchange, assuming it is in stock i will happily exchange for no extra cost, if it is not in stock i will give you a full refund
